A bit about our classes 

All our classes are available to book through the book fit app!
We offer a wide range of classes that cater for the needs of all ages and fitness abilities. Our classes include Strength & Conditioning, circuits, H.I.I.T, free-weights and much much more. Our classes specialise in functional exercises which involves training the body for activities performed in daily life. Getting the most out of each exercise technically, will enhance your functionality and reduce the unwanted stress on the body that may cause injuries.

We promote exercise using the correct technique and strive to push each member and client to reach the best level they can, and achieve their individual goals.  
                                   
                                   
We Focus on improving You!

tEEN FIT 

Our Teen fit Classes began in April 2022 and have continued to grow since.

Learning how to use gym equipment safely and with the correct form will develop proper technique. This class is a great way for teenagers to also meet new friends, expanding their social circles in a safe and welcoming gym environment.  

Please note that during summer term Teen Fit will take place on Tuesday & Thursday at 10:30AM. 

WOMENS ONLY

Our Womens only class began in the latter months of 2022 and like our teen fit class, has continued to grow since then. With classes in our new premises accomodating 20-30 clients in our sessions, we would love you to join!

This class is ideal for beginners as well as those who have gym expereince! Our PTs Timmy & Cathal deisgn and accomadates all abilities, and along with Fionnuala they are able to spend time with members throughout class to ensure everyones form and strength develops from week to week.  

This class has aided many of the group to gain confidence in their own strnegth and ability and attend other classes we provide in focus. 

mUMS & tots

Our mums and tots class is ideal for all mothers with kids under 3!

 

Our PTs Ryan and Cathal spend time with their programming of this class to ensure the exercises, both cardio and strength based are suitable for mothers post partum, while also allowing them to challenge their ability. 

Our Focus staff are always about and ready to lend a hand with the tots to ensure they are settled, and mums can get in an effective workout with as little interuptions as possible!
