Here at Focus we offer a brilliant range of free-weights and functional training equipment. This includes over 10 squat rack stations, barbells, a large range of Dumbells to meet everyones abilities, slamballs, battle-ropes and much much more! 

We have a designated cardio room: "The Engine Room' that is made up of a treadmill, concept rowers, bike ergs as well as ski ergs, and just for that extra burn we have a number of assault bikes! With our move to our Old Tempo road premises we also added a curved treadmill and  a GHD machiene to our Engine room set up.

Outdoor Gym

A unique feature of our premises is the addition of an outside training space! The first of its kind in Fermanagh will be used for group sessions and also some new and exciting fitness classes. Why not come and give an outdoor session a go? Get healthier, by getting outdoors and join our fantastic client community.
